PRENOTATIONS:

ADVANCE:
- You will be required a deposit equal to 50% of total, to bepaid by bank transfer. Reservation will be accepted only if accompanied by extremes of payment of that deposit
-The remaining amount will be paid in cash when you'll arrive here.

CONFIRMATION:
- Your reservation-confirm will be notified by fax or mail

CANCELLATIONS:
- If you are forced to cancel your reservation :
- Up to 15 days before the scheduled date of arrival, you will be refunded the full amount of deposit retaining 10,00 € costs only
- Less than 15 days from the date of arrival will not be entitled to any compensation
- If Bed & Breakfast's owner was forced to cancel the reservation will be felt by the same dor immediately deposit return and if possible, to offer alternatives accomodations.

COMPLAINTS:
- It will not be taken into considerations any kind of reimbursements after housing period made.

BED AND BREAKFAST RESPONSABILITY :
- It does not accept any liability for damage caused to guests from events in anyway related to the use of the apartment, including bodily injury and meterial losses due to fire, robbery or other criminal activities.

PRIVACY:
-Datas provided from at check of our guests will be treathed in compliance with the obligations of confidentiality according to the art. 13 of the Law decree 30.06.2003 n.196 and will be handled through appropriate instruments to ensure data security.

ARRIVAL :
- After complete day's cash payment you'll receive all needed keys to live here : to open and close central gate, entering, room and bathroom.

( VERY IMPORTANT: DON'T LOST THE KEY BECAUSE YOU'LL PAY 200,00€ )

- In accordance with current legislation, for each guest is necessary to present a valid identity document to be registred. Otherwise you will absolutely not be guest of this bed and breakfast.

- Bed & Breakfast was made by a family conduction, so different like a hotel, a reception isn't always available. So you are required to notify the owner the estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours before the same date. Going to the structure without notice can cause expectations. This problem cannot be cause for compliants or claims for reimburement.

During your stay :
- Breakfast will be served from 8,00am to 10,00am .(*)
- Room and bathroom reorganizations will be made form 1.00pm to 3.00pm.(*)  
- To enter and exit from the structure there are no times to be respected.
- The name of bed and breakfast, as "exercise of accomodation and breakfast" provides that the room is available after breakfast, there is nevertheless pleased that you can use them during the day as long as for prolonged stays, we make can do the normal cleaning and maintenance.
- Any object placed in your and common room is at your disposation, but you have to take care for the b&b owner and for other guests's respect.
- In any time of day you have to take a normal behavior wich in no way affects the others quiet.
- Any kind of damage caused by guests must be compensated.
- Even in respect of other guests inside the room is prohibited consumption of : food, alchool, drugs and smoke.
- Bed & breakfast owner does not accept precious objects liability left unatteded inside the room.
- Accomodation doesn't be made for who exceeding the number attached to the reservation unless previousl agreed. You can receive common areas visits respecting other guests quiet and privacy.
- Structure tipology can't accomodate animals.
LEFT DAY :
- In your left day the chamber has to be released no later than 10.00am(*)  
(*)All times references, in certain cases, will be adjusted with B&B owner accordance.
